The “Conscious Mind Treatment” process is a time proven process that can literally transform and improve anyone’s Life and everyone’s business, as proven for the past 15 years with thousands of people and hundreds of business like yours.
“Conscious Mind Treatment” is a seven session process, meeting with the Team who impacts any specific and measurable business result, for two hours each session. Meetings are held either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the goal and time required to complete the newly identified action steps. Action steps to achieve the specific business goals are identified and implemented in each session.
This process is tailored specifically to the company, department, and specific business goal. The capacity taken by the participant’s of time and energy is minimal as the sessions are only two hours, and a means to have the team work on the job and goal. The assignments are directed towards ‘real work’ in the job and goal. Most recognize that the sessions, and work after the sessions, are the most important and valuable work that the team and employee can be engaged with.
There are six “Success Units” that require each person to complete the action steps for each session and Success Unit and are proven to increases business results by a minimum of 10%. The Team and each participant will identify the measurements, be measured for improving the measurements, and held responsible for improvement in the business on a daily basis. Current business process are identified and improved throughout the process.
It is highly recommended that Upper Management first go through the “Conscious Mind Treatment” process as the vision and direction of the overall company will provide an even greater return on investment and improved overall company. In all sessions the one-up manager is required to participate with the team. There is a ‘Train the Trainer’ program available to qualified trainers, except for Upper Management where Dr. Hank will conduct the facilitation/sessions.
Below is a brief description of each session:
Session 1
The team and each individual identify specific business goals that are aligned with management direction. A time management tool is introduced and principals of time management are either implemented with the new “My-Tyme” system, or preferred method of the time management tool. A copy of the “Conscious Mind Treatment” process is distributed that includes a book/workbook, CD, and two diagnostic tools. Action steps are identified to ensure the achievement of the goal begins during the first and second session, along with Performance Measurements initiated.
Session 2
Success Unit One, “Being Intentional”, is discussed and then the principles applied to the business goal. High Pay Off Activities (HPOA’s) are identified and agreed upon between the participant and one-up manager. Each participant will measure the time they are engaged in HPOA’s, and most find that at least 30% of their time is engaged in Low Pay Off Activities (LPOA’s). Certainly jobs find the employee working about 30% of their time in High Pay Off Activities. The process then identified how the employee and team can sometimes double the amount of time invested in HPOA’s.
Session 3
Success Unit Two, “Understanding Yourself & Others” is discussed and new work processes are developed that will increase the business result for both the long term and short term. Results of the Behavioral Profile for each participant is reviewed and where the Team begins to better understand themselves, each other, and their internal and external customers. Skill levels in decisiveness, vision, motivating others, self-confidence, customer/employee interface, listening, follow-through, consistency, attention to detail, following policy, and paper flow are identified and these areas improved upon.
The Motivations diagnostic tool results is discussed for each participant and then applied to develop communication, teamwork, and how to influence customer decision making. Previous action steps are discussed with all participants held accountable for their results and the team results. Additional action steps to achieve the goal are identified and responsibilities assigned, as in each session.
Session 4
Success Unit Three, “Believe In Your Success” helps the individual understand the power of their beliefs and develops successful thought patterns that lead to improved employee/customer satisfaction, business results, and personal Life enhancement. Successful beliefs are identified and enforced, and unsuccessful beliefs eliminated using techniques that include affirmations and visualizations. “Low Pay Off Activities” are identified and reduced creating a more productive employee and team.
BY SESSION FOUR IMPROVED BUSINESS PROCESSES, MEASURABLE RESULTS, AND PERFORMANCE IS MEASURABLY APPARENT. A MID-TERM EVALUATION IS CONDUCTED WITH THE ECONOMIC DECISIONS MAKER, AND ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS IN BUSINESS PROCESSES AND CULTURE ARE RECOMMENDED.
Session 5
Success Unit Four, “Prioritizing Your Life” helps the participants prioritize through “Monthly Planning”, developing a Mission/Purpose, and creating balance in all areas of their lives. Tools and techniques are then discussed and implemented to increase the time invested in “High Pay Off Activities” through delegation, elimination, simplification, and communication. Interruptions are identified and a plan is developed to reduce the “key interrupters”. Action steps continue to be identified and accountability of previous action steps are maintained by the one-up manager and the team.
Session 6
Success Unit Five, “Your Emotional Intelligence” is discussed and the EQ Profiles openly discussed to improve business decision making. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has been proven to increase business results by 11 percent versus other divisions without training on EQ. The critical areas of EQ that are identified and improved upon include: Emotional Self-Awareness To Others, Intentional Creativity, Compassion, and Intuition. These areas are examined and then applied with the people and customers they interact with to increase business results and employee/customer loyalty.
Session 7
Success Unit Six varied on content depending on the function, department, a business results (that has now improved). Examples include “Transforming Managers Into Coaches”, “Selling With Style”, and “Selling Customer Service”. Specific understanding and solutions are identified in areas that include ‘needs of the customer’, ‘discovering solutions’, ‘effective closing’, ‘process improvement’, and other pertinent business and relationship areas requiring improvement.
This is Graduation Day and all participants that attended the sessions, and completed their action steps, graduate from the “Conscious Mind Treatment” process. Specific improvements are recognized for each individual and the team, and long term processes are agreed upon to ensure the changes and improvements are implemented for the long term.
THE “FINAL EVALUATION” OF THE OVERALL RESULTS ARE DISCUSSED WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT. NEXT STEPS ARE DETERMINED TO ENSURE THE PROCESS CONTINUE TO IMPROVE RESULTS, WITH MUTUALLY AGREED UPON ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE TEAM AND EACH INDIVIDUAL.
