The objective in this Mentoring Program is to help Executives become more effective decision makers. It has been found that THE most impactful means to become a better decision maker (and person) is by improving ones Emotional Intelligence (EQ). The largest EQ library of its kind (including books, videos, white papers) are resources used, in addition to the expertise of Dr. Hank. The most effective EQ development is based at the time of need, and communication during those critical moments are provided at that time (minimum once a week, always as needed). The program has a minimum length of a one year engagement. The EQ of the individual is initially measured, and business and personal objectives agreed upon. Each quarter the objectives are measured and every six months the Mentee is measured on their EQ.
