Executive Coaching & Leadership System
Dr. Hank has coached top executives around the world since 1995. The Executive Leadership Program is usually a one year commitment for executive that seek to improve their leadership skills, strategic development, emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and overall management and leadership skills. Specific and measurable goals are identified and developed throughout the program. Each executive can tailor the below services to their needs, and can include the following:
- Weekly ‘touches’ and contacts whenever there is a need, particularly as it pertains to EQ events that require discussions at the ‘time of need’.
- An EQ profile is administered at the beginning of engagement, with one of 5 critical EQ measurements are developed for the duration of the program. A final EQ profile is administered at the end of the program to measure the EQ improvements.
- The largest data base on Emotional Intelligence is accessed and used to enhance DECISION MAKING and includes white papers, articles, books, and videos of the top experts in the area of leadership and coaching.
- A business objective is identified and developed throughout the program.
- An Executive Behavioral Profile is administered to help the executive first understand themselves, and then to understand their people and organization.
- The Motivational Profile is administered that identifies the motivators in Judeo/Christian society, their people’s motivation, and their own motivation.
- The Talent/Skills Profile is administered and specific leadership skills to develop are selected. A hands-on workbook and audio CD is provided to improve these specific leadership skills.
- Lessons are provided to transform the executive manager in to an executive coach.
- Lessons are provided to prioritize and delegate more effectively on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Servant Leadership is introduced and specific action steps are identified to become an effective Servant Leader.
- A personal goal is identified to ensure Life Balance is maintained.
- Areas of improvement in the company are identified, job benchmarks and Key Accountabilities developed, personnel are determined for the ‘best fit’ in each position.
- Restructure of the organization is taken if necessary.
- Culture improvements and changes are identified and led ‘through example’ by the Executive.
