After just five months from starting the process, sales increased by 21%, and costs decreased by 34%. During 1994 through 1999 Dr. Hank used his process with Procter & Gamble, JPMorgan Chase, IBM, John Deere, Subway, JaniKing and other large public and smaller private companies.
